Check-in and Check-out:

Check-in and Check-out are at 12:00 noon.

Identification:

Guests must present valid photo identification upon check-in. As per government directives, Indian nationals must provide proper identification: Passport, Voter ID card, Driver’s License, PAN card, or Credit Card (with the holder being one of the travelers). The document must include a photograph.

Confirmation Voucher:

Carry the Confirmation Voucher received by email for identification at check-in at Coral Tree Hotel.

Reservation Rights:

We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations if fraudulent or inappropriate activity is detected, or if reservations contain errors.

Cancellation Policy

• Notification: Inform via email at reservation@coraltreehotel.in for amendments or cancellations and receive confirmation.
• Within 24 Hours:Full cost of stay charged for cancellations or no-shows.
• 48 to 24 Hours:One-night retention charged for cancellations.
• Policy Compliance:Amendments accepted only 48 hours prior to check-in per hotel policy.

Refund Policy

• Payment Methods: Refunds, if applicable, will be issued through the original payment method (Credit Card or bank transfer).
• Processing Time:Refunds processed within 2 weeks from the cancellation date.
